If we want the plugin project done by the end of the quarter, we need intermediate goals: a bunch of issues about the project and dates we want them done by, even though those aren’t likely to be sprint endpoints. We might want to move the whole project to 2 week sprints to accommodate this. Somebody needs to make the first set of issues for this. But we’re also going to need to adapt the scope of the plugin-ization depending on progress: will it cover all the systems or just 1? How many plugin examples will there be? Should the URL access vs. job store split be made first and then a URL access plugin be made?
